First class location with a friendly and welcoming staff,lovely clean rooms,bathroom a bit too small.

This was our second stay at the Lyndhurst Park Hotel. It was very disappointing. Although the reception staff were very good, they even looked after our dog, the hotel was extremely shabby. the dinner was disgusting both in qual;ity of the food and time we had to wait to be served. We will never stay there again

The staff were very Nice and the breakfast was amazing, waiting staff excellent!
The rooms were a bit rough round the edges, not the standard I expected for the cost. The swimming pool was out of use which is the main reason I picked this hotel and have seen it has been out of use for some time.

Stayed one night only for a wedding which was held in Brockenhurst. Ideal position for hotel, centre town but lovely grounds to look out on to. Rates very reasonable for area having booked online in advance of the occasion.
Apart from having a slightly tired look due to some decorating needed, everything was fine.

Good central location for a visit to New Forrest. Good breakfast. Comfortable old style hotel.

Location was ideal for walking, cycling through the new forest. Central for a trip in to southhampton if you like shopping, visiting Beaulie car museum. Service was always polite could'nt fault food even if you only have breakfast, plenty of choice.
The downside is Hotel feels in need of a lot of love and attention inside and out.There is also a fusty smell and signs of damp problems. The lift could do with being replaced far too small and out dated. Also no warning the pool was out of use.

The hotel is in a bad state needing a full refurbish, the roof outside our front door was leaking keeping us awake most of the second night. There was no hot water on the first morning so we had to have a cold shower.

I struggled to find the hotel as there were no roadside signs and I drove past it twice before I found it.
